Welcome to Maita Guest. By booking a stay, visiting our property, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline our policies regarding reservations, cancellations, guest conduct, and more.

1. Reservations and Payments
Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified during booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you, which serves as proof of your booking.
Payment Terms: Full payment may be required before check-in, depending on the booking terms.
Deposit: Some bookings may require a refundable deposit. This deposit is used to cover any damages or unpaid charges and will be returned upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date may incur a cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain bookings may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked during the booking process.
No-Show Policy: If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date without notifying us, your reservation may be canceled, and any paid amount may be forfeited.

3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: Check-in time is 14h00. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 10h00. Late check-out may be requested but is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification: Guests are required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in for verification purposes.

4. Guest Conduct
No-Smoking Policy: Maita Guest is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed inside any guest rooms or common areas. A cleaning fee may apply for violations.
Noise and Disturbance: To maintain a peaceful environment, guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 22h00 to 06h00.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the guest’s account.

5. Liability and Responsibilities
Guest Belongings: Maita Guest is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes (if available) and secure their belongings.
Injury and Accidents: Maita Guest is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses sustained by guests while on the property. Guests use the property’s facilities at their own risk.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By staying with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Your Booking
Modifications: If you wish to modify your reservation (e.g., change dates, add guests), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Property Changes: Maita Guest reserves the right to relocate guests to an alternative room or nearby property of equal or higher standard in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

8. Use of the Website
By using our website, you agree not to engage in activities that may compromise its security or functionality. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited. All content on the website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Maita Guest and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

9. Force Majeure
Maita Guest is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies.
